Join Kross Mitsubishi as a Receptionist! As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, general office duties, and being the face and voice of our Dealership. Your Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
* Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, and guiding them to the right person within the dealership.
* Data Entry
* Ensure visitors are comfortable and attended to.
* Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents.
* Maintain tidiness of common areas and prepare meeting rooms
* Monitor inventory and order office supplies.
* Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner.
* Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages.
* Other duties as required.
Your Capabilities
* Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
* Two to three (2-3) years of Reception experience preferred.
* Phenomenal interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset.
* Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.

* Evening shift
* Weekends as needed

* Edmonton, AB T6E5W8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
* receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
