*Overview:* We are looking for a dedicated Articling Law Student to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyers in various legal tasks and provide administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment. *Duties:* - Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, research memos, contracts, and agreements - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Maintain and organize physical and electronic files efficiently - Perform duties including data entry, proofreading, and document management - Communicate with clients professionally and handle calls with proper phone etiquette - Draft correspondence and other legal documents as required *Qualifications:* - Must have obtained a JD or LLB degree from an accredited law school in a common law jurisdiction or equivalent before starting articling/clerkship - Language proficiency in English and Mandarin - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to drive This position provides an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a legal setting while contributing to significant cases.
