*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed. * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. *Experience* * Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. * Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. * A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
