*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and optimizing restaurant performance. *Responsibilities* * Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. * Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. * Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a skilled and motivated team. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. * Oversee the use of POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling. * Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality presentation. * Address customer concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. * Implement marketing strategies to promote special events or menu items. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations. * Experience with POS systems and bartending is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
