This Operational Data Store normalizes and consolidates data from many Book Of Record and external rating systems. CDS provides this normalized data in custom dimensions and flat file extracts to downstream clients ranging in the areas of Risk Management, TDS Capital Management and TD-EETS.Our goal is to build strong relationships with our business and technology partners to ensure the efficiency & stability.There is room all to grow.Job DescriptionWorks independently as the senior business analyst and coaches/ guides members within area of expertiseSubject matter expert and consults with clients and/or project teamsInvolved in all aspects of the business analysis process and may provide guidance and direction to other Business AnalystsActs as a key resource for the project team and the business, assuming lead Business Analyst role within projectsLeads the development of detailed/ complex and/or comprehensive project plans and/or large projectsLeads resolution of client data issuesDevelop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations within assigned area of responsibilityDefine, document and translate high level business requirements into detailed function specifications as outlined by IT Managers and/or clientsParticipating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projectsDevelop in development of test scripts ensuring adherence to agreed upon business requirements and participate in the testing of developed systems/solutionsWill prepare build/cost analysesWill work with end users and other Business Stakeholders to analyze, develop and recommend solutions to problemsComply with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC) - including development of project plans, documentation of system requirements, estimates of scope and cost, etc.Develop and maintain documentation such as system designs and process flow diagrams.Assume an "ownership" role, on behalf of the client (per Bank guidelines) to ensure deliverables meet business and end-user requirementsDeliver effective and efficient solutions by prioritizing tasks and ensuring project deliverables, including own deliverables, are implemented within time, budget and quality parametersConduct implementation and post implementati- LocationToronto, ON
