Are you ready to lead in a serene, wellness-focused environment? H2O Float Studio is seeking an experienced *Manager* to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through fantastic service, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on cleanliness.
*About the Role*
As Manager, you?ll play a vital role in our team, providing hands-on support, motivating staff, and maintaining peak operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the owners, you?ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence that prioritizes cleanliness, high standards, and customer satisfaction.
*What We?re Looking For*
We are searching for a confident leader with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to inspire and guide a team, and a proactive approach to ensuring an immaculate, serene studio environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide leadership to a diverse team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Maintain a spotless, welcoming space by upholding high cleanliness standards throughout the studio.
* Manage employee schedules and oversee staff training and supervision.
* Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
* Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to enhance service quality, attention to detail, and efficiency.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment in pristine condition.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
* Monitor client feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Troubleshoot and address computer and maintenance issues efficiently.
*What You Bring:*
* At least 3 years of managerial experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized space.
* Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
