The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, with strong customer service skills. *Duties:* * Prepare food to order to the highest quality standards. * Ensure the kitchen facility is organized, clean, sanitary and in good working order. * Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. * Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. * Be a team player, assisting in the Front of the House when needed. *Qualifications:* * Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: * Past culinary work experience in a full-service establishment. * Passionate about culinary trends and best practices. * Ability to work both independently and effectively with a team. * Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. *Required licenses, certificates, and registrations:* * Post secondary education in Culinary Arts is preferred; Red Seal is an asset. * Food safe certification. * First aid certification is an asset. * Valid WHIS certificate is required. *Who We Are:* Grand Cache Inn & Suites is part of INNHotels, a family of independent hotels.
