```Duties``` - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes - Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards and defects - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure electrical systems are installed correctly and meet project specifications - Test electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly and safely - Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used, time spent, and tasks completed ```Qualifications``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant trade school education - Valid electrician license or certification - Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings - Proficient in low voltage electrical systems and wiring techniques - Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in the electrical trade - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
