<p>SUMMARY OF THE POSITION<br>The occupational therapist evaluates the functional abilities of a user, determines and implements a treatment and intervention plan, develops, restores or maintains abilities, remedies incapacities, minimizes handicaps, and adapts the environment in order to promote optimal autonomy. She/he participates in clinical teaching.</p><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Hold a Master degree in Occupational Therapy;</li><li>Must be a member of the Ordre professionel des ergothérapeutes du Québec;</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience;</li><li>Work experience in interdisciplinary team;</li><li>Participation in education or training activities in rehabilitation.</li></ul><p>Knowledge and Abilities:</p><ul><li>You value a customer approach focused on listening, problem solving and collaboration;</li><li>You are creative and recognized for your interpersonal skills;</li><li>Ability to manage several files and mandates at the same time and meet established deadlines;</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills;</li><li>Excellent planning and decision-making skills;</li><li>Good knowledge of the computer tools of the Office suite.</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>Fluent in English;</li><li>Fluency in Cree or French is an asset.</li></ul>- LocationQuébec, QC
