*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join us at The Woods. In this role, you will provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere. As a Barber, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hairstyling, while also building lasting relationships with customers. *Duties* * Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations according to health regulations. * Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their grooming needs. * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations. * Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming techniques to provide clients with modern styles. * Ensure a positive atmosphere in the barbershop by fostering good communication among team members. *Skills* * Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Experience in upselling products or services is a plus. * Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or barbershop setting. * Knowledge of sanitation practices for tools and work areas. * Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products to customers.
