<p>The Nobélia, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Lévis, is looking for someone to fill a full-time maintenance manager position. We are looking for someone who is versatile, human, who will make a difference in the lives of our residents and who has a smile on their face :) The maintenance manager does minor work: CCQ cards are not required! We offer telemedicine, employee assistance program and more.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day<BR>Salary: to be discussed</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Ensure the proper functioning of the building and its equipment</li><li>Identify and plan the nature and timing of execution of certain long-term work and ensure follow-up with management</li><li>To carry out short-term cleaning, installation, maintenance or minor repair work whose execution does not require a qualification card, such as the installation of accessories and devices, adjustment doors, repairing furniture, preparing premises to be painted, cleaning appliances, installing plinths, etc.</li><li>To control the inventory of materials and tools required for maintenance and repairs</li><li>To receive requests or complaints to ensure follow-up and carry out corrective measures regarding various work and requests such as power outages, water leaks, etc.</li></ul><div>Construction</div><ul><li>Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence</li><li>Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior</li><li>Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager</li><li>Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)</li><li>Relevant experience in the field</li><li>Good condition and physical endurance</li><li>Experience in personnel management</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Cellular provided</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Low-cost meals offered in the dining room</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Telemedecine</li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li><li>Consistent schedule</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationLévis, QC
