This position drives results to our business commitments, continuous improvement, and adherence to all corporate programs.</span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span><span><b>Key Job Responsibilities:</b></span></span></span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span><span><span>Ensure on time delivery of production & development hardware to specified requirements;</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Review schedule and review parts and subassembly availability</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Communicate and present priorities to diverse stakeholders</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Order and schedule delivery of engine shipping containers as per delivery schedule</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Schedule engine in flow line; monitor and track shipments of engine hardware</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Communicate with shortage group and manage all shortages; expedite replacement hardware</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain and monitor digital inventory in storage location, investigate discrepancies and correct errors</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Manage and establish the bill of materials (BOM) configuration changes required to convert one build spec to another and for return engines issue the build bill of material change (BMC) for configuration upgrades.</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or customer issues and escalate when required</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Utilize and input to IT systems in place, developing new working methods when appropriate</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Ensure IT systems in place are maintained and accurate</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain performance metrics and reports in order to provide meaningful logistics information and as a means of measuring and evaluating performance</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Manage production work in progress (WIP) impact and risk caused by quality interventions</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Daily shipments to external suppliers and creation of expedited shipping when required</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Scheduling of couriers for rush engine shipments (after normal hours)</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Monitor inventory levels of non product and order as required. Supplier relationship management (SRM) ordering</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Develop and maintain strong relationships with all involved in the logistics process</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Act as contact point for on logistic matters and carry out any administration required</span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Monitor and track key performance indicators, 6S audit inspections</span></span></span></span></span></l- LocationLethbridge, AB
