Job details
Replay Message Centre provides answering services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be responsible for helping customers by taking complete and accurate messages that need to be dispatched to our clients. This is a fast paced environment that requires sociability, cordiality, and respect.
*Responsibilities:*
* Handle high volume of telephone calls and work in a fast paced environment
* Able to learn dispatch application
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
* NO cold calling/sales
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in customer service
* Must be cordial, energetic and customer-focused
* Active listening skills
* Have good spelling and grammar
* Ability to work as a team player
* Type 30 words per minute
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize, multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
* *Availability MUST include holidays and weekends*
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
