Highbury Canco is currently seeking experienced *Lift Truck Operators *to join our team of passionate employees. The successful incumbent must be willing and able to work all 3 rotating shifts and overtime as required. The ideal candidate should have previous lift truck driving and inventory experience in a fast-paced Warehouse setting. *Summary* As a Lift Truck Operator, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be operating forklifts to transport materials safely. Your core skills in forklift operation, combined with your premium skills in warehouse distribution, will enable you to manage inventory effectively. Join us to contribute to a productive and organized warehouse environment. *Responsibilities* * Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to transport goods within the warehouse efficiently. * Perform order picking and packing tasks while adhering to safety protocols. * Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels. * Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse distribution processes and enhance productivity. * Lift heavy items as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury We know that our fundamental value comes from the employees who live, work, and play in Leamington and its surrounding area.
