Reporting to the President and Chief Financial Officer, you will be part of a high-achieving customer service team and become a key contributor to our growth. You will work directly with our clients, assisting them in choosing the correct product for their needs, and will foster and grow relationships with them. We are looking for someone who believes that the customer relationship is the most important part of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Frontline customer service communications (telephone, e-mail and live chat)
* Data Entry- working with our AED tracking software as part of a team to ensure the customers AEDs remain in ready to rescue condition.
* Educate customers on the functions of our products, recommending the best options for them and troubleshoot when needed
* Provide quotations, process order, collect payments.
* Process orders placed online.
* Listen, understand and resolve issues for our clients in a timely and courteous manner
* Continually improve quality and response time for customers
* Work as a team player. Communicate effectively with team members , customers, vendors and management.
* Take ownership of issues and work closely with internal departments to make sure the customer feels like they are the most important part of our business.
* WHMIS training will be provided. TDG training will be provided if required.
* Training will be provided on Fishbowl , Shopify
* Job Skills/Qualifications
* At least three years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Creative problem solver
* The aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment are important.
* Flexible and self-motivated team player who is comfortable with technology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong keyboarding/data entry skills including high proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel is a must
* Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an asset
* French fluency is an asset
No Sales targets or quotas, no cold calling.
