*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, including but not limited to Caterpillar equipment, loaders, backhoes, and cranes. This role is essential for ensuring that construction and excavation projects are completed efficiently and safely. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for digging, building, and moving materials on-site while adhering to safety regulations and operational guidelines. *Duties* * Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes. * Demolition of residential to industrial sized buildings * Move materials around the job site as needed to facilitate construction activities. * Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment. *Requirements* * Proven experience operating heavy machinery, particularly Caterpillar equipment, loaders, backhoes, and cranes. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment. * Valid driving license is mandatory. * Familiarity with farm machinery operation is a plus. * Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * A commitment to safety practices and procedures on the job site.
