<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>At Mia Aesthetics, we are not just leading the way in plastic surgery-we're redefining it.</p><p>Find out more at miaaesthetics.com</p><p>Mia Aesthetics has multiple openings for <strong>Aesthetics Surgery RN Specialists</strong> across the U.S.A. and in key markets.</p><p>Depending on current business needs, hires can expect to relocate to the following locations - Las Vegas, Austin, Houston, Baltimore, and New York.</p><p><strong>Hourly rate potential: $38/hour - $50/hour US Dollars ($51.30 - $67.50 CAD) depending on job experience and work location. </strong></p><p><strong>Mia Aesthetics will assist selected hires with:</strong></p><ul><li>Obtaining necessary immigration requirements</li><li>Providing Relocation Assistance (upon having all pre-requisites met)</li></ul><p><strong>Interested Registered Nurse candidates must:</strong></p><p>Hold a valid and unexpired [Canadian/Mexican] passport</p><ul><li>Pass the NCLEX exam</li><li>Obtain a Registered Nurse license with the state board of nursing in the location selected for (Mia Aesthetics will guide selected candidates through this process)</li></ul><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities are below. We invite Registered Nurses to apply!</strong></p><p>• Participates in primary care of patients who completed cosmetic surgery in a clinic environment. This includes, but is not limited to: Post procedure care including pain management, incision inspection.</p><p>• Identifies & manages unique complications from wound skin-care management.</p><p>• Ability to identify drainage requirements (knowledge of lymphatic drainage a plus).</p><p>• Documents and carries out pre/post-operative instructions given by Surgeon, as well as documents all patient information from pre-op to for post anesthesia care of patient.</p><p>• Provides Surgeon and/or Anesthesiologist detailed information on the patient of observed complications.</p><p>• Collaborates with medical staff and healthcare team members in developing coordinated outcomes and interventions regarding patient progress and care.</p><p>• Assists with nursing activities during emergencies.</p><p>• Educates and provides instruction to patient and family members on post-operative care.</p><p>• Effectively organizes time, equipment, supplies and personnel for management patient care.</p><p>• Maintains order and cleanliness of postoperative areas.</p><p>• Assists in inventory of supplies, drugs and equipment to maintain availability and stock levels in postoperative areas.</p><p>• Follows established HIPAA policies and procedures at all times.</p><p>• Assumes accountability and responsibility for attendance and timely completion of mandatory training programs, unit specific requirements (i.e. CEUs/ACLS/BLS) and unit meetings.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><p>• Registered Nurse Degree</p><p>• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various audiences (i.e. staff, visitors, patients, family members and physicians)</p><p>• Superior listening skills with the ability to quickly comprehend instructions in emergency situations</p><p>• Ability to frequently synthesize patient data and implement an action plan appropriate to the situation (strong critical thinking skills and good judgment)</p><p> </p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p><p>• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing</p><p>• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing</p><p>• Ability to obtain RN License in state where you will be working with Mia Aesthetics within 60 days of receiving an offer</p><p>• Hold and maintains an active BLS and ACLS certification</p><p>• Minimum 1 year Nursing experience in an out-patient surgery environment required</p><p>• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</p></div>Company Description<
