We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a spa receptionist. Applicant must: * Be available to work 1 day on the weekend * 38 approx. hours per week * have a vehicle or transportation to Manotick (there are no reliable buses) Requirements and responsibilities are, but not limited to: * Maintain a high level of professionalism with guests. * Establish a positive rapport with guests face-to-face and over the phone. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * A drive to exceed at sales goals. * Work well under pressure, handling stress with ease while maintaining a spa atmosphere. * Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations. * Maintain continuity within the team with excellent communication. * Greet guests with a welcoming and warm attitude in keeping with our company brand and reputation. * Assist guests upon arrival offering beverages and directing them appropriately. * Computer and Microsoft Word knowledge is required as well the ability to adapt to our company booking software system. * Professional business attire and self presentation suitable for the beauty industry is required. * Must be available to work some evenings, some holidays and weekends. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 per week Benefits: * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * 8 hour shift Work days: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationManotick, ON
