Praise Dental is a digitized, full service dental clinic that offers comprehensive oral health care including preventative procedures, restorations, dental surgeries and orthodontic treatments. We are looking for a *Dental Receptionist* to join our busy and upbeat office in Vancouver on Saturdays. *Qualifications:* * Min. 1 year dental reception experience * Ability to converse in English and Cantonese essential and Mandarin strongly preferred * Experience with ClearDent preferred * Comfortable with technology and willing to learn *Responsibilities* * Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. * Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin in a professional manner. * Maintain electronic records and update patient information accurately. * Collaborate with the team to facilitate smooth office operations and patient flow. * Handle administrative tasks, including collecting payment, billing and insurance verification, while providing exceptional customer service. * Maintain order of the front desk and waiting area.
