If you are looking for a company which strives for growth and dedicates their commitment to delivering customer satisfaction, we would love to connect with you. *Shifts Available: Monday - Friday* * Afternoon Shift - 3 PM to 11:30 PM The purpose of this position is the loading and unloading of customer's freight in a productive, safe, error free, and time sensitive manner. A Forklift Operator will ensure freight is properly loaded and/or unloaded with the proper bill control and supporting documentation. Please note, licensed forklift operators must meet Speedy Transport Safety Training standards. *Position Responsibilities:* * Load/unload trailers according to company procedures. * Identification of OS&D freight. * Completion of necessary documentation with care. * Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures. * Ensure a clean workspace and carry out housekeeping duties when assigned. *Position Qualifications:* * 1-2 years previous warehouse experience is an *asset*. * 1-2 years previous counterbalance forklift experience is *preferred.* * Ability to lift up to 50lbs * Cross dock experience is considered an *asset*. * Written and oral communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in a time sensitive environment. * Criminal record search will be requested upon conditional offers. *Why work for Speedy?* * _*Benefits*_ * _*RRSP Contribution Program*_ * _*Profit Sharing*_ * _*+ more!!*_ _*#HP*_ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $21.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Profit sharing * RRSP match * Vision care Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Brockville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: * Forklift: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationBrockville, ON
