FabHR is seeking a *dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist* to join our team, focused on our industrial products line based in Ottawa, Ontario. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. You will be responsible for creating marketing materials, managing trade show participation, enhancing website promotion, and adopting an advanced contact management system that integrates artificial intelligence to filter and prioritize high-potential customer leads.

*Key Responsibilities*
* *Develop marketing collateral* for direct marketing campaigns, trade shows, digital platforms, and promotional literature to support sales objectives.
* *Write and distribute press releases* and articles to trade publications to promote FabHR's product offerings and differentiators.
* *Collaborate with the sales team* to generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and customer outreach.
* *Research, evaluate, and implement a new contact management system* that integrates artificial intelligence and business intelligence features to automate lead qualification and segmentation.
* *Coordinate and manage industry trade show participation*, including booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
* *Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives*, including website updates, social media strategies, and email marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate inbound leads.
* *Optimize the customer journey* by analyzing data to refine marketing tactics and improve conversion rates from lead generation to closed sales.
* Work with the management team to define and achieve *marketing KPIs*, ensuring the alignment of marketing activities with broader business goals.
* Monitor competitors' marketing activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities for differentiation and market penetration.
* *Collaborate with product development teams* to communicate key product features, benefits, and industry applications through effective marketing content.
* *Develop and manage content for marketing platforms*, including the website, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers, to support brand messaging.
* Continuously track, measure, and report on *marketing campaign performance*, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* *Maintain and update FabHR's CRM system* to ensure the effective segmentation and tracking of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing relationship management.
* *Assist in building and nurturing long-term customer relationships* through effective marketing communication strategies and customer engagement programs.
* *Support the overall marketing strategy* to help double or triple company revenue within the next few years, ensuring that marketing efforts contribute to measurable business outcomes.
*Desired Skills & Experience*
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
* A minimum of *five years of experience* in a marketing role for an *industrial products manufacturer* or in a similar B2B marketing environment.
* Proven experience with *lead generation* and *CRM systems*, including using AI-driven tools for customer segmentation and lead qualification.
* Strong skills in *content creation*, including the development of marketing materials, case studies, press releases, and promotional content.
* *Proficiency in digital marketing* tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms, and social media channels.
* Hands-on experience in *event marketing*, including managing trade shows and conferences.
