Job details
Customer Service interactions, processing cash transactions, stocking shelves, keeping a clean store image, following all bylaws, procedures and cleaning protocols and any other duties directed by the Front Store Manager.
*Must be available to work Monday to Friday and weekends. *
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
_*CUSTOMER SERVICE*_
· Offer friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service during each customer transaction, ensuring superior customer service at all times
· Use proactive customer service skills to promptly assist customers to locate merchandise and answer customers? inquiries accordingly
· Respond to internal and external telephone inquiries by adhering to Roulston?s telephone etiquette
· Maintain a neat and organized customer service and checkout area
· Accurately account for cash, coupons and credit receipts and lottery
· Answer inquiries regarding location of products, refunds, promotions etc.
· Present proper image to the public (appearance, uniform, name tag)
· Assist customers with photocopier and fax machines, as necessary
· Respond to any customer feedback with tact, professionalism, and efficiency; a satisfied customer is the main goal
· Upsell items during promotions, as required by the Upper Management team
· Complete any other duties asked of you by your Front Store Manager or designated supervisor
_*INVENTORY & MERCHANDISING*_
· Gather information on customers` reactions to products and advise the Front Store Manager
· Locate and ship merchandise for store-to-store transfers if required
· Put stock away in an organized manner to maintain over stock efficiency and operation
· Clean shelves, fixtures, counters, and windows, maintaining the best image for our customers
· Attend staff meetings as required

· Superior oral communication skills: ability to interact and build rapport with customers and business partners
· Excellent customer service and people skills; always modelling exceptional customer service
· Strong organizational skills: ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
· Well organized; detail oriented and ability to record keep and verify documentation
· Excellent telephone manner
· Able to lift and move stock and unload trucks when needed
· Ability to be open to a flexible schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
