Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Transportation. Private sector. Tasks: Oversee operational logistics of the organization. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Conduct performance reviews. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices. Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
