*Company Description* Garden Lake Timber is a manufacturing company located in Shuniah, Ontario. We specialize in producing core boxes or core trays,, rough timbers, and dimensional lumber Our products are used in various industries and construction projects. *Role Description* This is a full-time on-site role for a General Labourer at Garden Lake Timber. The General Labourer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including lifting and moving heavy materials, operating machinery and equipment, assembling and disassembling structures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role may also involve assisting in the production process and following instructions from supervisors. *Qualifications* * Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Experience operating machinery and equipment is an asset * Basic knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes * Attention to detail and focus on quality * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 80 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-01- LocationShuniah, ON
