Job details
Duties: - Perform front desk duties such as checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with guest inquiries - Prepare daily reports including occupancy, revenue, and other statistical data - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial activities - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns - Assist with guest services such as delivering requested items to guest rooms or providing information about hotel amenities - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures - Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by our guests - Bilingual skills (English/French) are highly desirable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our hotel and provide exceptional service to our guests, please apply now.
