*Position: SAP Operator & Forklift Operator* *Status: Full-Time, Year-Round Availability Required* *Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts exceeding 8 hours*\* *Role Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an SAP Operator & Forklift Operator. This full-time role requires commitment and flexibility, with extended hours including some weekends. *Key Responsibilities:* * *SAP Production System:* Efficiently manage and operate within the SAP production system. * *Computer Proficiency:* Demonstrate advanced computer skills and the ability to use various software programs. * *Material Management:* Accurately assign frozen materials to production and receive materials into the freezer promptly. * *Forklift Operation:* Safely learn and operate forklifts to assist with material handling. * *Workplace Organization:* Maintain a clean and organized work area. * *Team Collaboration:* Support team members and other departments as needed. * *Extended Hours:* Willingness to work extended hours, including some weekends. * *Inventory Participation:* Assist in inventory counts for dry packaging and frozen materials. * *Activity Logging:* Maintain detailed activity logs and report any deviations immediately. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * *Computer Expertise:* Proven skill and experience with computers and software. * *Production Understanding:* Comprehensive understanding of production procedures. * *Quality Control Compliance:* Adhere to quality control guidelines and procedures. * *Health & Safety Adherence:* Strict compliance with health and safety regulations, including the constant use of protective gear. * *Attention to Detail:* Ability to read and understand production orders, product SKUs, pallet labels, etc. * *Fast-Paced Efficiency:* Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * *Forklift License:* Valid forklift license or the ability to obtain one. * *Dependability:* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * *Teamwork:* Excellent cooperative skills to work harmoniously with others. * *Eagerness to Learn:* Desire to learn and willingness to undergo training. *Working Conditions:* * *Seafood Processing Environment:* Work in often wet conditions. * *Protective Gear:* Provided and required where necessary. * *Hearing Protection:* Provided and required at all times. *Physical Requirements:* * *Moderate Lifting:* Must be capable of bending and lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
