Employee, employer contribution 50/50;</li><li>Six sick days;</li><li>One floating day of leave;</li><li>13 statutory holidays;</li><li>Telework possible with mandatory presence of 3 days in the office;</li><li>Offices closed for 14 days during the holidays;</li><li>13-week summer schedule that shortens your days by 30 minutes without any loss of pay.</li></ul><p><u>The responsibilities associated with the position consist of:</u></p><ul><li>Collaborate on the work of reviewing, modifying and implementing the development and planning plan; </li><li>Ensure that regional planning documents comply with new government guidelines on land use planning (OGAT); </li><li>Make recommendations and develop the content of amendments to municipal planning regulations; </li><li>Collaborate on the progress of land use planning and regional development files; </li><li>Participate in various committees related to the mandates assigned to him/her; </li><li>Carry out any other related task related to land use planning or urban planning required by the Director of the Service. </li></ul><p><u>Requirements and skills sought:</u></p><ul><li>Hold an undergraduate university degree in urban planning or land use planning. Any other combination of relevant training and experience may be considered;</li><li>Have a good knowledge of municipal and agricultural environments, issues and laws and regulations (LAU, LPTAA, LQE, etc.);</li><li><span> </span><span>Have a good knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) software;</span><span></span></li><li><span>Be</span><span>Available to work occasionally outside normal business hours;</span><span></span></li><li>Have a vehicle and a valid class 5 driver's license.</li><li>Demonstrate great autonomy, dynamism and professionalism;</li><li>Ability to work in a team and create links between land use planning, urban planning and inspection;</li><li>Demonstrate a strong capacity for analysis, synthesis and written and oral communication;</li><li>Ability to handle several files simultaneously;</li><li>Good knowledge of Office suite software.</li></ul><p><u>Are you interested and want to join us:</u></p><p>Qualified and interested persons should send their resume by email to: <span style="text-decoration:none;">rh@mrcbellechasse.qc.ca</span></p><p>Only selected candidates will be contacted.
