<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Snowplow driver-operator for snow removal - Municipality of St-Charles-de-Bellechasse</span><br /><br />Are you available?</strong></p><p><strong>Do you like manual work?</strong></p><p><strong>We have what you need!</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Here's what we offer:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Start date: December 2024;</li><li>Job type: Full-time, contractual until the end of March 2025;</li><li>Schedule: 40 hours guaranteed according to operational needs;</li><li>Hourly salary $40;</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>The responsibilities associated with the position consist of:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Operating a 10-wheel truck equipped with a scraper and a salt spreader and any other equipment required for snow removal work, using appropriate guidance methods;</li><li>Inspecting and maintaining vehicles, in accordance with the department's preventive maintenance program and current laws;</li><li>Carrying out operations safely;</li><li>Monitoring weather conditions and patrolling the road network;</li><li>Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him by his immediate superior or aimed at meeting any specific expectations that may be communicated to him by the latter.<br /><p><strong><u></u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Requirements and skills wanted:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Possess a class 3 driver?s license (class 1 is an asset);</li><li>Have professional experience in snow removal on winter roads;</li><li>Snow removal skills card (an asset);</li><li>Excellent work planning and organization skills;</li><li>Good health and physical endurance (the employer reserves the right to require a medical check-up);</li><li>Autonomy, sense of initiative, rigor and resourcefulness;</li><li>Great availability;</li><li>Any skills card will be considered an asset.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>You are interested and want to join us:</u></strong></p><p>If the required skills and tasks described above match to your talents and interests, please send us your resume by email to rh@mrcbellechasse.qc.ca<u> </u> </p><p> </p><p>Although all applications are carefully analyzed, we will only contact those selected.
