<p><b>Do you have experience as a machinery operator?</b><b></b></p><p><b>Are you looking for a place with a great work team?</b></p><p><b>We have what you need!</b></p><p><u>Here's what we offer:</u></p><ul><li>Start date: as soon as possible;</li><li>Job type: Full-time, permanent;</li><li>Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday;</li><li>Schedule from 4:00 a.m. in the morning until the end of the daily collection operations to be carried out (usually around 2:00 p.m.);</li><li>Hourly wage for 2024 between $24.04 and $28.40;</li><li>Hourly wage for 2025 between $25.38 and $31.72;</li><li>Group insurance;</li><li>Defined benefit pension plan;</li><li>Vacation according to the policy in effect;</li><li>One floating holiday;</li><li>Eight sick days. </li></ul><p><u>The responsibilities associated with the position consist of:</u></p><ul><li>Performing the oil change using the various trucks (side loading, front loading, door to established circuits);</li><li>Driving and respecting road safety rules as well as the recommendations of the operations manager;</li><li>Performing a daily safety round of the vehicle as required by the SAAQ as well as an end-of-day check as required by the MRC;</li><li>Performing minor repairs required on the road or in the garage as well as basic maintenance (greasing and lubricating as well as washing and cleaning the vehicle);</li><li>Completing any documents or reports required by the employer (time card, mileage report, safety report, etc.);</li><li>Performing any other related tasks requested by his immediate superior.</li></ul><p><u>Requirements and skills sought:</u></p><ul><li>Hold a class 3 driver's license;</li><li>Possess a PEP inspection card (an asset);</li><li>Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience related to the job;</li><li>Have knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and air systems;</li><li>Autonomy and versatility;</li><li>Good adaptability;</li><li>Respect for requirements and pride in a job well done;</li><li>Know how to work in a team;</li><li>Offer excellent service to the clientele.</li></ul><p><u>You are interested and want to join us:</u>If the required skills and tasks described above match your talents and interests, please send us your resume by email to <b>rh@mrcbellechasse.qc.ca</b>.</p><p>Although all applications are carefully analyzed, we will only contact those selected.
