We are always available to support the community by providing good food, local jobs and supporting local suppliers and organizations. *Job description* Reports to the grocery manager. The grocery clerk is responsible for assisting with the operating results of the grocery department. The Grocery Clerk will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to clients and customers. The grocery clerk assists stocking shelves and displays of grocery product, and maintains department cleanliness. Some of the other job duties include following all company policies, follow food safety as well as health and safety guidelines, order products as requested, stock & rotate product, merchandise & face product, and assist with other duties throughout the department as required.
