Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Number of Positions: 1 Competition Number: LP1 Location: Phoenix House Position Status: 7.5 hours/week, flexible hours. Reports to: Senior Manager, Clinical Operations and Services Compensation: $ 32.84-$ 41.35 Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Phoenix Society works collaboratively with the interprofessional team to provide health care services to clients with physical and/or mental health, substance dependence, concurrent disorder and chronic disease. The LPN is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care within an interprofessional clinical framework in accordance with Standards of Practice for the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and consistent with the mission, vision and values of Phoenix Society.
