*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and be proficient in providing high-quality dental hygiene services. This role is essential in ensuring the oral health of our patients while fostering a welcoming and friendly environment. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations for patients, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental health. * Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by conducting screenings and taking X-rays as needed. * Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software system, such as Tracker. * Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans for patients, especially those requiring orthodontic or pediatric care. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and infection control procedures. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy. *Requirements* * Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. * Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology being advantageous. * Proficiency in using dental software, particularly Tracker , is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse patient populations. * Previous experience in dental assisting is a plus but not mandatory.
