*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong understanding of installation techniques. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality fence installations that meet customer specifications and standards. *Responsibilities* * Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements. * Measure and layout fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment and spacing. * Prepare the installation site by clearing debris and ensuring the area is plumb. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations. * Perform necessary repairs or restoration work on existing fences as required. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. *Requirements* * Proven experience in construction or related fields, with skills in drywall, construction painting, carpentry, caulking, tile laying, or similar trades being a plus. * Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. * Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. * Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods. * Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
