*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety and handling standards. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. * Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to all legal requirements. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. * Assist with food service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests. * Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. *Skills* * Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of food handling practices. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality to create a welcoming environment for guests. * Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
