Together, we clear obstacles and do the work that makes us all successful and proud to be part of McCain.Accountabilities:• Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition programs and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness• Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-fill and enhance the overall candidate experience• Technology Oversight: Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform, AI tools, and other recruitment technologies, ensuring they meet organizational needs and support best practices• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure that these vendors meet McCain's expectations for quality, cost and delivery• Documentation Oversight: Oversee the development of recruitment process doc
