*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure that our clients leave feeling satisfied and confident. *Duties* * Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation protocols and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products. * Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience. * Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments as needed. * Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment. * Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, products, and tools. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products. * A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.
