We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to all customers and team members. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities*
* Accurately enter orders and credit notes.
* Prepare and verify pick lists, submit to warehouse via EDI.
* Monitor priority orders to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.
* Invoice orders based on deliveries
* Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, and other departments like A/R and production.
* Collaborate with warehouses and production planning to manage backorders.
* Review claims from customer, investigate and log for A/R.
* Process and analyze reports when required.
* Provide timely support to Customer Service Manager.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
* Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Monitor customer performance in terms of volume and product variety, providing regular feedback on issues and opportunities.
* Address customer inquiries and requests promptly.
* Perform additional duties as needed.

*Experience Required*
* 3 years or more of customer service experience
* 2 years experience using ERP system, SAP Business One is a plus
* Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
