Job Posting: Posting Detail <p>Posting: C2425/120 Description: Student Monitor <p>Start Date: Dec 2, 2024 End Date: June 26, 2025 Posting Date: Nov 21, 2024 Closing Date: Nov 27, 2024 4:00pm <p>Location - Cordova Bay Elementary <p>Position - Student Monitor <p>Assignment Type - Temporary <p>Hours - 5<p> SUMMARY <p> Under minimum supervision of a teacher or Administrator(s), monitors students at a school location or at a crosswalk.<p> DUTIES <p><p> Ensures student safety at school crosswalks <p> Monitors students before, during or after school <p> Completes discipline reports <p> Dispenses first aid supplies (e.g. band aids, ice packs) <p> Reports traffic violations<p><p> * Performs other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skills required by the job<p>description. <p> QUALIFICATIONS <p> <p><p> Grade 10 <p> Six months related experience <p> Relevant skills working with school age children <p> Level One First Aid and CPR Certificate <p><p>* Or an equivalent combination of training and experience. <p>DATE September 1996- LocationVictoria, BC
