<p>You are passionate about continuous improvement and technologies! </p><p>The Manager is responsible for the overall production of the plant.</p><p>He has direct responsibility for Health and Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, and <strong>Continuous Improvement</strong> </p><p>But is also responsible for employee development, staffing, project management .... .</p><p>The Manager is the main point of contact between management and its employees.</p><p>He is responsible for developing the culture of his department and successfully conducting operations by practicing the core values of Our client.</p><p>For this position We are looking for a strong candidate with strong human qualities</p><p>Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.<br />Monitor manufacturing operations.<br />Manage quality and productivity expectations<br />Manage appropriate staffing levels and facilitate training, development and employee career progression.<br />Facilitate various operational programs and ensure plant compliance<br />Maintain appropriate communications with other departments<br /> </p><p>You:<br />University degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field<br />Excellent leadership skills<br />Computer skills (Power BI tool) AN ASSET<br />Excellent interpersonal skills<br />Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization<br />Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />2 years of experience in a similar position</p><p>Are you looking for a company that allows you to take on new challenges?<br /> <br />Our client offers you a work/life balance<br />Flexible schedule<br />Comprehensive benefits<br /> <br />looking forward to contributing to your career success!</p>- LocationLaval, QC
