Job Summary:
*Business Development (full-time, annual compensation: $50k to 85K plus sales commissioning subject to experience)*
*Mann Engineering is a design/build engineering firm primarily servicing the HVAC retrofit market with a focus on energy efficiency and renewable technology. Mann provides engineering, project management and in-house construction services to the multi-residential (apartments & condos), commercial, industrial, and institutional market sectors. Our primary market sector is multi-residential buildings.*

*Duties: *
* Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and participating in deliveries.
* Preparing and developing technical presentations, with support from the engineering team, to explain our company's products or services to customers.
* Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
* Helping customers who have problems with installed products
* Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
* Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
* Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
* Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
* Online marketing and promotion
* Preparation of materials and presenting at condo board meetings.
* Attending trade shows and other promotional events.
* In-person sales, meeting with clients and attending events.
* Other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
* Experience in sales and the technology field. Ideally familiar with building services and the condominium market.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
* The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
* Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
* Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
* Business development: 1 year (preferred)
