We're proud to produce some of Toronto?s best bagels and baked goods, supplying our sister locations and wholesale partners across the city. *Why Work With Us?* * Lead a passionate team of bakers in a well-equipped, spacious kitchen. * Be part of a company dedicated to quality, tradition, and community. * Help us grow our wholesale and in-house offerings while maintaining our "from scratch" baking philosophy. *Your Role:* * Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards. * Delegate tasks effectively, participate in making all products while fostering teamwork and organization. * Ensure the consistency and quality of our baked goods, adhering to our tried-and-true recipes. *What We?re Looking For:* * A minimum of 8 years of professional baking experience. * Relevant education in culinary arts, baking, or pastry arts. * A strong leader with hands-on experience managing a baking team. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Residency within Toronto. * Hands-on baking approach. *Shift Details:* * Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. * Days off: Sundays and Tuesdays. *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Capable of lifting and carrying up to 22 kg. * Comfortable with repetitive movements like bending, reaching, and gripping.
