The incumbent provides supervision to students in formal clinical practicums. Education- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)- Must have current practicing registration with Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW).Experience- Requires a minimum one year (postgraduate) recent recognized experience working within adult community mental health and addiction services.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and addiction and harm reduction strategies required to enable clients to sustain stability.- Knowledge of community resources including treatment programs and support agencies is essential.- Experience working with mental health and addiction community outreach and competence in delivering mental health and addiction crisis interventions.- Knowledge of a variety of intervention strategies (individual and group) for individuals with mental health and addiction problems in a community based setting, including, but not limited to: assessment, triage, treatment, case management.- Ability to identify, implement and evaluate areas of client d...For more information on this job, please visit the employer's website.- LocationRegina, SK
