As a Human Resources Manager at Transdev Canada, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employee well-being, organizational efficiency, and compliance with employment regulations. This position requires strong leadership, a focus on optimizing HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports both our team and business objectives. Your role Conducts investigation meetings as required and makes recommendations on findings. Compiles and maintains investigation files. Writes follow up correspondence including letters of expectation and discipline letters. Oversees the grievance resolution process. Attends grievance meetings and makes recommendations on outcome.
