French follows RESPONSABILITIES: The intermediate architectural technologist is part of a collaborative reporting to the Partner Architect in charge. Carry out site visits and/or inspections, writing reports (using Procore platform) and follow-ups Assess and comment on requests for payment Prepare and issue payment certificates Assess and comment on the cost of changes Together with the project manager, follow up on QRT/RFI with the general contractorTogether with the project manager, coordinate changes with other disciplines Together with the project manager, organize and participate in team meetings Constitute a team resource for shop drawings and technical date sheets, together with the project manager Represent NEUF at weekly site meetings (followed by coordination with the architecture and interior design team/prepare meeting summaries) Responsible for establishing priorities- LocationOttawa, ON
