The primaryfunction of the Service Receptionist is to administer to incoming walk intraffic & answering & properly directing inbound dealership callsthrough to the parts and service department. EssentialDuties: Greet customers upon their arrival at dealership. Answer all incoming calls promptly, and direct call to appropriate individual. Handle general inquiries from callers. Communicate with all callers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and attempt to minimize the amount of time they are placed on hold. Refer messages to correct- LocationLangley, BC
