<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Toronto based Mechanical Company is looking for Industrial, Commercial and Institutional HVAC Technicians to join our growing team.</p><p>We are seeking full-time HVAC Technicians whose key roles will involve the Installation, Commissioning, Repair and Maintenance of HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment and Systems.<br><br>Candidates must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the installation and operation of various types of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Heat/Cool Package Rooftop Units</li><li>Make Up Air Systems</li><li>Boilers</li><li>Chillers</li><li>Cooling Towers</li><li>Pumps</li><li>Unit Heaters and Radiant Heaters</li><li>Air Curtains</li><li>Humidification Systems</li><li>Exhaust Fans</li><li>Pressurization Fans</li><li>Ductless Heat Pumps</li><li>Water Source Heat Pumps</li><li>In floor Radiant Systems</li><li>VRF Systems (installation experience considered an asset)</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />This role requires you to critically think and adapt in fast paced environments. You must complete every call you attend in an efficient, professional and safe customer service-oriented manner. You will routinely work both independently and as part of a team. You are expected to have a breadth of knowledge in applicable HVAC/R Codes, Standards, and Regulations as well as working knowledge and skill of related tools, equipment, materials and practices of the trade.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br />Certificate of Qualification (313A) with current Skilled Trades of Ontario Membership<br />Valid G2 Gas Fitter License minimum, G1 Gas Fitter License preferred<br />Current Ozone Depletion Prevention Certification<br />Valid Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform Certifications with significant experience in the field<br />Minimum 4-5 vears experience as a Journevperson<br />Valid Ontario Driver's License (G) and insurable on our fleet insurance policy<br />Eligible to pass Security Clearance Verifications<br><br>While we appreciate all applications we receive, we will only contact those considered for this role.</p></div></div>- LocationEtobicoke, ON
