General - Job Title: Mid-Level Development Support Audio - Type: Contract - Level: Mid-Level - Location: Vancouver, BC - Workplace: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote - Duration: ASAP to full 18 months 2. Summary of the opportunity - Client Overview: We are hiring for a client in the technology industry. - Role Summary: The Development Support team member will work closely with development teams to provide early testing, create documentation, and support the Core QA team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth testing and integration of audio features. 4. What are the key responsibilities? - Responsibilities and Duties:   - Perform audio testing during multiple development cycles.   - Work with spatial audio systems like Dolby Atmos and 3D audio.   - Create audio-specific test plans and test cases.   - Estimate testing efforts and communicate progress to relevant teams.   - Support QA Leads and development teams by providing feedback and answering design questions.   - Coordinate with Core QA to ensure testing requirements are met. 5. What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:   - Previous experience with audio testing and development cycles.   - Familiarity with spatial audio systems.   - Ability to create audio-specific test plans and test cases.   - Strong communication and documentation skills.   - Willingness to learn new technologies. - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:   - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Perforce, and SharePoint.   - Proficiency in game audio testing tools and software.   - Understanding of agile development processes and game mechanics.   - Adaptable teaching skills and familiarity with the "Gears of War" series. 6.
