<p> </p><p>We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with strong project management skills to take charge of large-scale infrastructure projects. As a leader, you will play a key role in strategic planning, managing projects from conception to completion, while meeting quality, cost and schedule objectives.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Inspire project teams</b>, ensuring clear communication, rigorous monitoring and a collaborative work environment.</li><li><b>Design</b> plans and strategies for infrastructure projects in compliance with safety standards and regulations.</li><li><b>Coordinate internal and external stakeholders</b> to ensure strategic alignment of project objectives.</li><li>Manage all phases of projects, from feasibility to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.</li><li>Conduct technical analyses, simulations and feasibility studies to ensure the viability of projects.</li><li><b>Anticipate challenges and provide creative solutions</b>, assessing risks and ensuring proactive decision-making.</li><li>Prepare and present technical reports and updates to management teams and clients, facilitating informed decision-making.</li></ul><p><b>Required skills and qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Engineering degree in civil engineering in a related field.</li><li>Member in good standing of the Ordre des Ingenieurs</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management</li><li>Proven <b>leadership</b> skills</li><li>Strong change management skills</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to inspire trust with customers and partners.</li></ul><p><b>Assets</b></p><ul><li>Fluency in English (oral and written).</li><li>Knowledge of infrastructure design standards.</li></ul><p><b>Working conditions</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.</li><li>Opportunities for continuing education and leadership development.</li><li>Dynamic work environment, valuing initiative and teamwork.</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
