*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete cleaning tasks. * Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs or issues. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-maintained. * Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment. * Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. *Skills* * Proficiency in custodial techniques and commercial cleaning practices. * Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. * Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * Capability to perform heavy lifting when required. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
