*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer service within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that include both administrative tasks and direct interaction with staff and customers. *Duties* * Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals while maintaining a positive work environment. * Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with clients. * Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance skills and improve service delivery. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products. * Implement strategies to improve operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction. * Perform heavy lifting as required during inventory management or event setups. * Prepare reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and customer feedback for upper management. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position within the industry. * Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for operational tasks. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Proficient in using various software applications related to management and reporting. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
